We played less music than we thought we would, and we saw more than we thought we would. In Pierre SD the other day we were treated to a Kimya Dawson show that we didn't think was going to happen. One of our shows didn't happen and then we played las nite in Minot ND which is like being at the edge of the world. The show went well and people there are really nice. I saw a tourist attraction on the way there called "TOTTEN TRAILS" which I of course didn't take a picture of. Tonite we are playing in Great Falls and next week the line up of the band will take some unexpected detours including my brother Chris, who is graciously coming from New York on three days notice (let's hope so). So I was ready to roll with the punches on this tour and it has turned out that some have been good some have been bad but it's still fun and next week should be even more fun.
