Because it is one of two months in which I get presents.
And because we are kicking it off with a sweet show. April 4th at Holy Mountain we will be helping Ironclads celebrate their new release. What What Now will be there and we will be treated to a very special combination performance from the Whore Moans and the Hands (the Whore Hands). We've played with the Whore Hands before and it is one of the craziest Brian Jonestown-esque spectacles you will ever see.
April 17th is a very special day. Besides me entering my late 20's, we will be celebrating KEXP's Hood to Hood event live at Everyday Music on Capital Hill at 7:30. Both these shows are all ages.
And did someone say BETTER WALK THAN RIDE LIKE THAT?? That's right the album that's taken the nation by storm in the format of mp3 and LP will be release on CD by In Advance Records in late April or early May.
And someone named Mason will turning 30!!
Lots to party about.
