Yes, I was one of the ones who got real excited to see this. I've become one of those people. Like the guy in the article who uses every poetic cliche he can think to describe some guy singng as a guest at his friends show.
I don't think I've posted this yet but here is a little nugget of some things Mason and I have been working on for a future album. Keep in mind it hasn't been mixed or mastered yet.
Since we have done the myspace thing, I have realized that it is a good way to show everyone the music of some of my friends that I really like. Here are two of my faves. The first is Marty Marquis' (Marquis's?) band in Portland, Blitzen Trapper and the other is Paul Thompson's band in Seattle Upstate both are really great and we hope to be doing shows with them in the fall.
